I wanted to make a painting that is a symbol of unshakable peace. And as I clearly stated that intention and opened my sketchbook, this image instantly came to me.
My wish for this painting is to be a reminder that calmness is not a mood, it is a practice. And that we always have within us the resilience and strength to stay grounded while moving through life’s storms.
